Commercial Litigation: We represent clients in commercial litigation matters in the federal and state courts in the New York-Metropolitan area and across the county (with aid of local counsel) including all aspects of commercial relationships.

Labor and Employment Law: We represent employer interests regarding all aspects of employment matters alleged discrimination, wage and hour defense, collective bargaining, EEO, state agency, National Labor Relations Board matters, union organizational campaigns. In selected cases, we represent plaintiffs in pro bono matters.

Art and Entertainment Law: We have represented clients in a variety of entertainment areas including representation of Broadway producers and production companies, as well as Broadway artists in the New York-Metropolitan area. We have represented athletes and individual performers in high profile matters.

Purchase and Sale of Commodities: We represent commercial interests internationally in the acquisition and sale of commodities interests, including but not limited to petroleum products.

Family Law: We have represented many clients in various family law matters in New Jersey and New York, from pre-nup agreements to dissolution of marriages, custody and the spectrum of family law matters in New York and New Jersey.

Real Estate: We take leadership positions in both commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisition, sales, refinance, workouts, short sales, modifications, construction loans, acquisition financing, secondary and hard money financing, zoning and construction matters, and all related real estate practice areas, in which we work closely with our clients in all aspects of the transaction from planning, acquisition to through closing.

Municipal Law: We work in all aspects of municipal law and practice.

Criminal Law: We have been retained as special counsel for trial of criminal matters.

Bankruptcy: We represent both creditors and debtors before United States bankruptcy courts in the New York-Metropolitan area in various bankruptcy matters.

Trust and Estate Administration: We provide our clients with help and support after the loss of a loved one, assisting them during a difficult time of life through the complexities of the legal issues and tax requirements of an estate administration. A typical estate administration will include guidance through probate, preparation of an inventory, the collection of estate assets and distribution to the beneficiaries, as well as the preparation of estate death tax returns, accountings and other legal documents required by the court rules. We exert every effort to serve our clients with professionalism and courtesy, patience and compassion.

Elder Law: Our firm focuses on the often difficult issues affecting older clients and their families, including the possibility of depletion of assets by the rising costs of medical care. We provide legal advice and document preparation for long-term care planning, including home health care, nursing home care, hospice and respite care. We also work with clients who need to apply for guardianships, medicaid, and long term care insurance. We work with aging parents who wish to maximize their resources for their own quality of life. We also assist adult children who are providing, or anticipate providing, care to their aging parents.
